Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items such as soap or medical devices, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Contact us for questions about specific items.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product for approval and place a new order separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or credit note within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
